About Me:
Guelph Mobile Massage is run by Crystal Metham RMT. I have been an RMT since 2022 and am currently studying to become a R.Ac (registered acupuncturist) in Toronto . I also work at a physio and wellness clinic in KW. I am skilled in releasing tension, inducing relaxation, aiding mental wellness and reducing aches and pains. I have experience in many facets of therapeutic massage therapy: prenatal, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Tui Na ( Tradiational Chinese massage), rehabilitation, and chronic pain. I have taken courses in cupping, gua sha / IASTM, hot stone, and indie head massage and am always looking to learn new things and improve my skills. I believe strongly in the power of the mind-body connection.
My favorite types of massages are both deeply relaxing and therapeutic .
